3. The Gasstionjeans.com Contract
After placing an order with gasstationjeans.com, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you. You are seeking to enter into a contract with Gas Station Jeans when you place an order.
PLEASE NOTE that when you place an order with Gasstationjeans.com your account will be debited before the item is taken from stock. Our stock levels are maintained on a regular basis but in the event of an error in stock levels and the item is not available, your account will then be credited immediately. We use a secure payment system PAYPOINT and further information can be found at www.paypoint.com.
4. Customs
When ordering goods from gasstationjeans.com for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. We only dispatch to UK and Channel Islands at the moment.

Gasstationjeans.com may offer visitors opportunities to receive ad hoc emails, vouchers, regular emails and catalog's. Some of these are opt-in, others are opt-out. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Personnal Cheques need to be cleared before we can dispatched your order. Please contact sales@gasstationjeans.com to arrange this.

Our delivery charge is £2.50. We use either Parcel Force or Royal Mail Standard 'Signed for' service. Standard delivery can take up to 5 days. Both delivery services require a signature.
For an extra £6.50 we can send your order by the Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' Service. Royal Mail guarantee that your parcel will be delivered by 1pm the following day if orders are placed between Monday -and 12.00 noon Friday. Orders placed for the Special Delivery Service on a Saturday and Sunday (or a Bank Holiday) will be dispatched the next working day, Monday (or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday).
We endeavor to dispatch your order within 24 hours of purchase (excluding bank holidays and weekends)

16. Returns Policy
